Perfect Pancakes
Are you hungry for breakfast? Well your in luck .(no yucky box mix required). Wait what's in that stuff anyways. Well who cares because we have a delicious recipe for you!
DRY MIX:
Sift together 3/4 cup flour(we do half white half wheat)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 Teaspoon baking powder
In another bowl mix:
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (butter works too but it's not as yummy)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Combine the wet with the dry and cook pancakes as usual. You can add mix-ins such as blueberries, chocolate chips, etc to make these really yummy. For our family we have to triple this recipe to feed everyone!

Lets say you have thawed out hamburger meat and you have to USE IT but you have no potatoes and/or bread (like us) WHAT DO YOU DO!!!
