Sift together 3/4 cup flour(we do half white half wheat)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 Teaspoon baking powder
In another bowl mix:
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (butter works too but it's not as yummy)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Combine the wet with the dry and cook pancakes as usual. You can add mix-ins such as blueberries, chocolate chips, etc to make these really yummy. For our family we have to triple this recipe to feed everyone!
